The 2018 edition of the Ghana Music Awards UK is here again with its list of nominees. The award show which is made up of 31 categories has the late dancehall artist, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, widely known as Ebony topping the list with ten nominations including Gospel Song of the year for Aseda.
Zylofon Music recording artistes, Shatta Wale, Kumi Guitar, Stonebwoy, Becca and Joyce Blessing all scored top notch nominations in multiple categories. Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy face off in the Artiste of the Year category with five other nominees.
The event, which seeks to recognize the achievements of Ghanaian musicians in Ghana and the UK will take place in the United Kingdom at the Gaumont Palace (Dominion Center) Wood Green, London on October 6, 2018.
