Lady Gaga is going for the big bag in the beauty space with the launch of ‘Haus Laboratories’.
Hinting about the upcoming beauty line, Gaga shared with her 36.2 million Instagram followers a snippet of a promo video parading beauty products that will be up for pre-order come next Monday. The products include; lip gloss, black eyeliner and glitter eyeshadow. Inside the video, Gaga is heard spreading, what seems like the go for motto of the beauty house, “The last thing the world needs is another beauty brand. But that’s too bad. They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but at Haus Laboratories, we say beauty is how you see yourself.”
Business of Fashion reports that, the singer has joined forces with Amazon as retail partners worth $49 kits and also has on board Lightspeed Venture partner Nicole Quinn as investor. Quinn disclosed to ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ how Gaga is passionate about her new business venture, “Gaga is so passionate about this. She spends many hours a day calling not just the management team in the company but everybody, discussing the product and having them over to her house to brainstorm.”
Taking over the 2019 award season with her fashion/beauty choices, Gaga is already noted by fashion and beauty experts as a no wrong fellow and will surely deliver with ‘Haus Laboratories’.
